I am getting married in 2mos.....I need to loose some weight, whats a good way? - austin cruising spot

What Kinda diet / exercise would help .... I'm going on a cruise and want to look good in swimwear.
I think all the vidoes try Denise Austin.

I'm not big, I am 150 5 feet 6 inches.

I was 300 pounds and lost 110 pounds in one year. I lost 50 pounds in 12 weeks. Probably not lose so drastically. I did Atkins. Basically, stay to no more than 20 carbs per day. You can eat whatever you want. Eat all the meat, cheese, eggs, whatever you want. Seasoned the meat is processed carbohydrates. Add milk, vegetables, fruits. Your body uses sugar for energy first. Carbohydrates turn into sugar quickly. Foods high in fat such as meat, cheese, fat very slowly so that your body is not used, but the batteries inserted. Therefore, the proportion of sugar / carbs and your body is forced to use fat. Exercise is important. Do not start exercising until I lost the first 50 pounds, but it was because I was so big that it was difficult.

If fewer calories than the calories used. PERIOD! At your weight you should be around 1,800 calories to 150 pounds received. As part of the 1300 calories a day and you lose about 1 pound per week. You should add some aerobic and strength training to burn fat and tone muscle.

First, strengthening the power .. No candy, soft drinks, fried foods. Eat 5 small healthy meals per day. Start each morning with 20 to 30 minutes cardio and free weight gym 2 to 3 times per week. Take a Pilates or kickboxing in the week. If you really take to strengthen the cardiovascular system, and deepen some muscle mass as you can see some good results in 2 months.
