Jay has the exact instructions. Get Photoshop and follow. Practice ... No tools in Photoshop, which can be perfectly used by the bat.

Bottom avoid double-layer-> lower layer B & W> that the top layer of paint> Delete everything in the top layer, you want to stop B & W, whatever you want to stay in the paint.
